Refund policy

At Cage Life Care, your trust and satisfaction are at the core of everything we do. We're committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless experience for every customer. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and how refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:

•      The return must be initiated on the same working day the product is delivered.

•      The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

•      The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received — including outer packaging, seals, and labels.

Please note: Once a product is opened or used, it no longer qualifies for a return or refund, due to health, hygiene, and product integrity concerns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1.    Contact us immediately — reach our customer care team by phone or WhatsApp as soon as you receive your order, and no later than the same working day. We're available during store hours to assist you.

2.    Ship the product back to our store address, packed securely to avoid damage in transit. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer, unless we advise otherwise.

3.    Inspection — once we receive the returned item, our team inspects it against the eligibility criteria above.

3. Refund Process

•      Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria.

•      Once approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, via your original payment method or bank transfer.

•      We do not offer cash refunds for in-store purchases; store credit may be issued instead, depending on the case.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

•      Opened or used products

•      Products returned after the same working day of delivery

•      Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

•      Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless defective on arrival)
