Amoxygent Forte Injection – Antibiotic for Livestock & Poultry

Amoxygent Forte Injection IM is a broad-spectrum antibiotic formulated to treat bacterial infections in livestock and poultry. It effectively combats pneumonia, diarrhea, bacterial enteritis, mastitis, metritis, and cutaneous abscesses.

Suitable For:

• Cattle

• Buffalo

• Sheep

• Goat

• Poultry

Composition (per ml):

• Ampicillin Trihydrate: 150 mg

• Gentamycin Sulfate eq. to Gentamycin: 40 mg

Indications / Uses:

• Pneumonia

• Diarrhea

• Bacterial enteritis

• Mastitis

• Metritis

• Cutaneous abscesses

Dosage & Administration (Intramuscular):

• Cattle / Buffalo: 10 ml per 100 kg body weight

• Sheep / Goat: 5 ml per 50 kg body weight

• Poultry: 0.3 ml per 3 kg body weight

• General dose: 1 ml per 10 kg body weight per day for 3 days

• Do not inject more than 20 ml in cattle or 5 ml in calves at the same site

• Shake well before use

Precautions:

• Consult a veterinarian before use

• Store at 15–25°C in a cool, dry place

• Do not administer to animals sensitive to penicillin or aminoglycosides

• Keep out of reach of children

Withdrawal Time:

• Meat: 30 days

• Milk: 2 days
